Angel's 'Blackbean Fish'

This is a typical recipe that has been passed down through the fisherman/boat people. As big lovers of fish, this dish made its way very frequently to the table at both celebrations and normal family dinners. When eaten, it is a true reminder of home. 

As a big family, this was always served up on a big plate and was guaranteed to be finished in no time. It was always Angel's dad or sister who prepared it and it was her sister who taught her how to cook this simply and hearty dish.
