Kennis' 'Curried Chicken Wings'

 Hong Kong

This is an extremely easy recipe to follow, only consisting of chicken wings, potatoes, and some flavourings. It is simple enough to cook at the end of a busy day and can be made in about 30 minutes. It should be eaten straight away with a bowl of steaming hot rice or after a night in the fridge, it tases even better as leftovers.

This recipe was originally invented by mum, developed to get the flavours right and passed onto the daughter. What a wonderful recipe to cook, eat and share together!
