Chong's 'Stir-fried Meat with Peas'


Ningbo, China



A simple dish that was often prepared by Chong's mum back home. Here, in the UK, this was the first time that it was prepared; using slightly different vegetables due to the unavaliability in England (and I'm sure that they never use frozen peas in China!). 

It tasted good, but never as great as mum's!
