Beansprouts are one of my all-time favourite things to cook and eat. I could quite happily eat this everyday.
The Korean's make a beansprout salad that is to die for. Every meal that they have should have many small dishes to go with the main, and they are all made so beautifully. I remember one of my favourite things to eat in HK is Korean BBQ. You can BBQ your own meat which is fun....but there is always a salad buffet. mmmm....so so good! I miss that. I really miss HK....
