Zahra's 'Busra'


Ghazni, Afghanistan



A delightful biscuit made from rice flour, self-rasining flour, sugar, baking powder, and olive oil, which is kneaded together to form a dough and then lightly fried in oil. It is made as a snack during Eid or when guests come over to visit.
