I was wandering around ASDA today and stumbled across these jars of marshmallow spread amongst all the jams, peanut butter and other preserves that are used to top bread. I have not seen this in years. Literally. I think that I only ever tried this was when I lived in Nottingham. I'm sure that Beth had this at her house, because we never had it at home. I think that I just tasted a bit of this super sweet spread from the back of a spoon to try it out. It's rather strange, and definately an American-influenced product rather than a Briitsh delicacy!

Marshmallow Fluff
